Final Results

Now that Steve has seen his room, we can finally show off our handiwork. We hope to get some better pics up soon, but for now here are some camera phone pics:

The Jonas Brothers poster is apparently the only thing being taken down before the Park Ave Fest, so feel free to stop by and see for yourself!

The room is finished, but in an effort to not ruin the surprise there will be no pictures posted until after Steve's return. If someone could advise when that is, that would be helpful. In any case, we ARE offering special guided tours of the room for anyone willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Also, we are asking for donations to help offset the costs of construction and clean-up.

Update from Steve

We just got this report from Steve:

Ugh. Nit this page. If I didn't know that you assholes won't do anything,
I'd be really pissed. Amsterdam is sweet, but I spent all of my money and had to
take a job in the entertainment district. Here's a pic of me at work:

To the right, you should be able to see our poll of what we should to do Steve's room this weekend. A brief explanation for each:

1. Drywall his doorway - pretty self explanatory
2. Beach theme - sell all of his furniture, replace it with a kiddie pool, palm trees, and sand
3. Tin foil everything - just in case you have any questions
4. Scavenger hunt! - Hiding his stuff in various locations, possibly with layered clues

Hello Europe!!

At this time, we'd like to say bonjour to all of our European readers! I think bonjour is French for hello, and it goes without saying that Belgium is to France what Canada is to America. Now that Steve and (presumably) the rest of the European crew know about our site, we wanted to welcome everyone and thank Steve for making this possible.

Yes, thank you, Steve, for saying that we are too lazy to do anything.

Tomorrow we will be putting up a poll to determine what exactly we will do to Steve's room. Please have your submissions in by tonight, voting begins tomorrow and will run through Friday, May 22nd 4:45 EST. For those of you in Europe, this weekend is Memorial Day weekend and allows us three days to get this project underway.

Currently, the following ideas have been thrown around:

• Shrink wrap everything in his room
• Replace his bed with a race car bed
• Super glue his furniture shut
• Fill his room with Peeps
• Screen-print "Kick Me" signs on the back of all of his clothes

Again, these are just rough ideas. We leave it to you, the reader, to present YOUR ideas...in the comments section.

The Departure

Well, Steve took off for Europe on Friday the 15th, and he'll be gone until June 10th. We hope to have a countdown for his return set up within the next few days. For now, here's a picture of Steve saying goodbye to all of us:
